NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR INSURANCE QUOTE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR QUOTE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Open only to legal residents of Arizona and Nevada, 18 years or older, who own or are authorized to represent an active commercial trade business (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or landscaping/irrigation) at the time of entry.
1. Sponsor
BuiltFleet LLC ("Sponsor").
2. Sweepstakes Period
Each monthly Drawing Period runs from 12:00:01 a.m. Arizona time on the 1st of the month to 11:59:59 p.m. Arizona time on the last day of that month. This Sweepstakes continues on a recurring monthly basis until Sponsor announces otherwise.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Arizona and Nevada, 18+, who own, operate, or are an authorized representative of an active commercial trade business. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its agents are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
Method 1 — Free Sign-Up Entry (no purchase, payment, quote, or appointment necessary): sign up for BuiltFleet's free Contractor Alerts at builtfleet.com/alerts during the Drawing Period. One entry per person per Drawing Period. Method 2 — Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE, no purchase, payment, sign-up, or appointment necessary): email hello@builtfleet.com with the subject line "AMOE Entry" and your full name, mailing address, and phone number, during the Drawing Period, to request entry and receive the mailing address for a written entry if you prefer not to enter by email. Methods 1 and 2 are given equal weight and equal odds of winning.
5. Prize
One winner per Drawing Period receives a $499 gift card (retailer or prepaid card, Sponsor's choice) or equivalent. Approximate retail value: $499. No cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Drawing Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 5 business days after the Drawing Period ends, and notified by phone or email. Winner must respond within 7 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control. This Sweepstakes does not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance, and entry, participation, or winning is not contingent upon and does not affect any insurance quote, application, or policy. BuiltFleet is not affiliated with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Nevada State Contractors Board, or any government agency.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected. By entering, participants release Sponsor from liability related to participation or the prize.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Privacy
Information collected is used per Sponsor's Privacy Policy at builtfleet.com/privacy.
