Permit Radar

New building permits from six city permit systems — Henderson and Las Vegas, NV, and Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Tucson, AZ. include the contractor's name, phone, and license number.

Every city publishes different data. Some list a contractor's phone directly on the permit. Others only publish a name, which we then cross-check against active AZ ROC or NV NSCB license records to find a phone number. Tucson doesn't publish contractor information at all — those permits still show up here as new-work signal, just without a name to call.

Where the contact info comes from

When a permit lists a phone number, it's shown as-is. When it doesn't, we match the contractor against public AZ ROC or NV NSCB license records and show that phone number instead — labeled the same way either way. If neither source has a number, the permit still shows up so you can see what's being built, but there's no one to call.

Questions

Which cities does this cover?

Henderson and Las Vegas, NV, and Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Tucson, AZ. More cities may be added as new data sources are found.

Does every permit include contractor contact info?

No. Some cities publish a contractor's phone directly; for others we cross-check the name against AZ ROC license records. Tucson doesn't publish contractor names at all, so those permits show up with project details only.
